Days 59 to 90

Weeks 10 to Week 13

The time has come, I have finished P90X. Two words WHOO-HOO. I can't believe it's over, it kind of makes me sad. These last three weeks have been very hard, but I did it. From week 9 to week 13 was extreme, it was the hardest weeks. I always gave it my all. And plus I never missed a day of P90X. To make it even more extreme; I have kickboxing twice a week at 1 1/2 hours per session...with running to go with it. I Love kickboxing, I just love it.

Ive noticed a difference from week one to week 13. More reps, heavier weights and getting through all the video's without stopping. There are some workouts I didn't really care for like Ab ripper X. It was all good when I was finished. What can I say about it, it is very hard work. It takes a lot of dedication and lots of sweating (or should I say, DNA removal).

For all of you that want to know; YES P90X does work, it should if you are working your butt off. I think it is totally worth it I notice a difference everywhere, and plus I'm in the best shape of my life. I have never workout this much or this hard in my life. I have lost inch's, I have gained muscle, I''m stronger, more flexible, my cardio is better, and plus I can do pull ups and tons of push ups.

The start up cost is expensive, but worth it and plus it is cheaper than a gym membership. What you don't get at the gym in an amazing coach like Tony Horton. I just love the way he makes you want to do it everyday. I would love to meet him one day and hang out.

The hardest part I found was the food part. For the most part I ate pretty healthy.

I would also like to know if anyone out there is doing P90X Plus. Please let me know what you think.

Tomorrow will be the big reveal. I will have my pictures up and my new numbers. Everyone will see for themselves that it works. Let me know what you think.

For all you P90Xers out there bring it.
